Initiating a Refund:

1. Customer Support Assistance: To initiate the refund process, you must first contact Finexeble's customer support team through our official website or support channels. Our team will assist you with resolving transaction issues and guide you through the refund process.
2. Refund Request: After contacting customer support, you will receive specific instructions on how to proceed with the refund request. This includes transferring the cryptocurrency back to the Finexeble admin account.

Refund Process:

2. Administrative Cost:

A 5% administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers various costs, including credit or debit card fees associated with processing the refund.
